About the Project

A refined expansion of a tropical living concept

This project expands the Encanto Boutique Community with three new standalone rental suites in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.

The design builds on the existing architectural language, translating it into a contemporary tropical living concept. Each suit is planned for flexible short- and long-term stays, balancing functionality with a calm, open atmosphere.

The work included full planning, interior design, decoration, and furnishing, with curated materials and finishes suited to the local environment. Three additional residential suites were developed alongside the renovation of six existing ones, completing the Encanto Residence complex. Outdoor areas extend the living space, creating a cohesive indoor-outdoor experience.
