- Deposits: A deposit is typically required to commence work. Amounts and payment schedules are stated in your service agreement.
- Cancellation: Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Intellectual property: Copyright in original artworks and handcrafted pieces remains with Nargiza Usmanova unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- Photography and portfolio use: We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use images in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
